HOW DO I ORDER?
For your convenience, we offer several ways to order:
PayPal: You may order online and pay from your PayPal account.
Credit Card on the Site: We use the secure servers at PayPal to process your credit card orders. No financial information is retained by Equatoria. Please note that it is no longer necessary to be a member of PayPal to use their services.
To Pay by Phone: Simply complete your order online and call us at 1-858-755-5504, 1-760-747-1067- or 1-800-995-9188. Please have your credit card ready. We are here to take your orders on Mondays and Fridays. If you need to make the order a different day, email us at email@example.com and give us your phone number so we can call you to process your card. The process will be faster if you can make your payment through PayPal.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders received MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS by the cut-off time, 3 PM Pacific Time, will be filled and mailed out to you on the same day or the next day, i.e. Monday orders will ship on the same day or the following day. Friday orders will ship on the same day or the following day, Saturday. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN TEN DAYS, please contact us so that it can be traced.
United States Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Overseas Orders and Canadian and Mexican orders, are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Most of our customers outside the U.S. prefer first class mail, it being so much less expensive. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Customs fees in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have a concern, we will help in any way we can.
Returns of items that have any flaws are accepted within 14 days of shipping. You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 7 days. Before returning items, Please get in touch with us for a conversation via phone or email about your returns, the reasons and shipping method back to us. We appreciate your co-operation.
We take extreme care to safeguard your personal information. Here is our policy:
We store only the minimum amount of information necessary for you to make a transaction. We never store your credit card details. If you use your credit card to pay online for your purchase, the entire transaction is handled by the secure servers at PayPal where payments are handled.
Your personal details will never be passed on to a third party. We will never give your email address to a third party.
COOKIES: When you log in to Equatoria, a cookie– a small piece of information– is put on your machine. This is necessary so that you can track your shopping cart selections between pages and so that we know you are logged in to Equatoria. None of your personal information is stored in this cookie and it is removed from your machine as soon as you logout of the site. You will need to have cookies enabled on your browser in order to use the Equatoria online catalog.
